Home Love Club – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Lane Linen Home Love Club rewards program (“Home Love Club”). By joining the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with the Lane Linen Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available at www.lanelinen.com.au and www.lanelinen.co.nz. Home Love Club is operated by Trendpose Pty Ltd trading as Lane Linen (ABN 93 660 079 783). Lane Linen reserves the right to amend, update or terminate the Home Love Club program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Membership

Membership to Home Love Club is free and available to customers with a registered Lane Linen account. Membership is limited to one account per person and is intended for personal use only. Lane Linen reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any membership where fraudulent activity, misuse of the program, duplicate accounts or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are identified. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login details secure.

Earning Points

Members may earn points through eligible activities including, but not limited to:

  • Creating an account
  • Shopping online at www.lanelinen.com.au and www.lanelinen.co.nz
  • Following Lane Linen on social media
  • Referring friends
  • Participating in promotional campaigns or bonus point offers

Points are earned on eligible purchases including sale items.

Points are not earned on:

  • Shipping charges
  • Gift card purchases
  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded or returned items

Points are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD), including for eligible New Zealand orders. Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in a member’s account.

Lane Linen reserves the right to modify point values, earning rates, eligible activities or promotional offers at any time.

Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for discounts, rewards or member-exclusive offers made available through Home Love Club.

Rewards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases

Only one discount code or reward code may be used per order. Reward vouchers, including $10 reward vouchers, are valid for one transaction only and any unused balance will be forfeited. Rewards may be used on eligible sale items unless otherwise stated.

Lane Linen reserves the right to modify available rewards, reward values or redemption requirements at any time without notice.

Referral Program

Referral rewards are available for eligible new customers only. Referral rewards will only be issued once the referred customer completes a valid purchase.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts or any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive may result in referral rewards being cancelled, points removed and/or membership termination.

Birthday Rewards

Eligible members may receive a birthday reward after entering their birthday into their Home Love Club account. To receive a birthday reward for the current year, members must enter their birthday details at least 30 days prior to their birthday date. Birthday rewards are issued once per customer, once per calendar year. Birthday rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

Lane Linen reserves the right to amend, substitute or remove birthday rewards at any time without notice.

Returns & Refunds

If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from the member’s account balance.

Where a reward, voucher or discount has been redeemed on an order that is later refunded or cancelled, Lane Linen reserves the right to deduct the value of the redeemed reward from the refund amount where permitted by law.

Program Changes & Termination

Lane Linen reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue Home Love Club at any time
  • Change how points are earned or redeemed
  • Remove or cancel points or rewards
  • Cancel memberships or accounts
  • Refuse participation in the program

Any misuse, abuse or manipulation of the program may result in immediate removal from Home Love Club and forfeiture of accumulated points and rewards.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lane Linen is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions
  • Delays in points being allocated
  • Unauthorised access to member accounts
  • Errors relating to rewards, points balances or redemptions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of Home Love Club will be handled in accordance with the Lane Linen Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
