Refund & Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a refund of the purchase price of the item within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened, unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- In original saleable condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To arrange a return, please contact contact@lanelinen.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions before you send your item back.
Please note that refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
